Formed in 2003, our mission is to provide an accessible, cost efficient solution to your worker training needs. We recognized that safety education and training needed to be made more affordable and much more available to smaller companies and organizations.

Our “Open” concept of presenting safety seminars to multiple employers together in the same group significantly reduces the cost to each company participating. Larger companies can schedule a safety seminar specifically for their workers at a time and date that is ideal for them.

By scheduling these "Open" seminars on a regular basis in each region of B.C., employers can get their "new hires" into a safety seminar, and documented proof of training into the office, without tremendous expense!

"Documented proof of Training" is the foundation of any company's due diligence to Safety. By providing impartial, leading edge education in regulations and widely accepted safe work procedures, employers are able to implement their own specific procedures and document the competency of the workers. Workers will realize that safety is the industry standard, that shortcuts are not tolerated by employers or by prevention division officers.

Sparshu Construction Safety Personnel works with employers. Many times we have obtained permission for a handful of workers to join a larger company group,providing valuable training when it was otherwise unattainable.

We stress in every safety seminar that it is the workers responsibility to recognize hazards and to work in a safe manner at all times. Explained to workers is Bill C-45 legislation. Also,WorksafeBC Occupational Health & Safety Regulations are the "Bare Minimum" standards, and individuals, as well as the company, can face prosecution for non-compliance.

Fall Protection is the most complicated personal protective equipment system, and improper training and use can easily lead to a fatality.

Our Fall Protection Seminar presenter is certified as a Trainer (expert) in Fall Protection and a Competent Fall Protection Equipment Inspector by the CSA Learning Center, the international Fall Protection Society and Sulowsky Fall Protection Inc.
